Women on Weights
Women on Weights is a women’s only, small group personal training program. Unlike group fitness classes, these workouts are customized and modified to each participant.
– Maximum of 8 women per workout
– WOW is the prefect combination of fun, camaraderie, weight training, flexibility movements and cardio conditioning
Monday and Wednesdays 10-11AM
1x a week: $80; Non member- $120
2x a week: $130; Non member- $170
