March Madness Fitness Challenge
For anyone 13+
Fill out a bracket for who you think will win the 2024 NCAA tournament. After each round you will receive a workout based on your wrong answers. All exercises will be things you can at the facility or at home!
Challenge takes place: March 21-April 8th
Registration: March 1-18th
Beginner Swing Dance Class
Fees: Y Member $60/couple
Info: Guys and gals, gather round! Now is the time to practice a new skill with your favorite partner! Join us for Swing Dance class on Wednesdays from 7:30p-9p. Here you will learn the fundamentals steps, exercises, and framing to be a successful dancer! This class will begin March 27th and go through May 1st. Registration ends March 26th.
Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program
The Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program is designed to help adults with hypertension lower and manage their blood pressure. The four-month program focuses on regulated home self-monitoring of one’s blood pressure using proper measuring techniques, individualized support and nutrition education for better blood pressure management.
Meets: April 1 – July 31 (4 month program)
Registration March 1 – 31
